QUEBEC IN CONFINEMENT -

Premier François Legault confirmed the various containment and curfew measures as informally announced by the media since Monday. We will have to see how Quebecers will adapt to these measures, which will have to be apply until February 8, 2021, at the very least. 

Ulysse went to get the roll of wire because we really hold on with "wire" as the Cowboys Fringuants sing...
