The rise of populism has drawn condemnation from across the political spectrum. But as former prime minister Stephen J. Harper argues in his new book, "Right Here, Right Now: Politics and Leadership in the Age of Disruption", the so-called “deplorables” who have voted establishment figures like Hillary Clinton out of office deserve a careful hearing. 
Their concerns point to deep problems with globalization — and they aren’t going away...
