DOCTOR HORACIO ARRUDA - THE CORONAVIRUS CLOWN - By Bernard Bujold - Dr. Horacio Arruda recorded a video in which he does the "dance of confinement" with a Quebec rapper Rod the Stod. The video didn't please everyone and Dan Bigras even refused to receive the profits from the sale of the rapper's record who wanted to give them to the Refuge. Moreover, a search on the Infoman site (Radio-Canada) brings us back to 1990 on the show Bye Bye when Dr. Arruda was among the invited spectators dancing in white tuxedo! Conclusion, the good doctor likes the light... Personally, my opinion is that the Chief Doctor should take the Coronavirus crisis, the worst humanitarian crisis in a century, a little more seriously! The humour of the authorities has no place in front of the fire that destroys your home and your life! This is terrible behaviour!
