THREE MAJOR REGIONS OF QUEBEC BECOME RED By Bernard Bujold- Premier François Legault has decreed that three major regions of Quebec (Greater Montreal, the Capitale-Nationale, with the exception of Portneuf and Charlevoix, and Chaudière-Appalaches) will be classified "red" to fight the Coronavirus from Thursday, October 1 to October 28. It is possible that other regions will become red and that the current classification of the three major regions will be extended beyond October .
