The shootings first started a few weeks ago in front of Notre-Dame Basilica, to the point of worrying the residents, but now we find them in front of the Clock Tower... Indeed, on Sunday, September 14, 2020, around 2 a.m., a shooting in the Old Port near Quai de l'Horloge resulted in five wounded, including a police officer. What is the solution?
