MONTREAL WORLD FILM FESTIVAL 2018 - OPENING FILM By Bernard Bujold - The opening night of the MONTREAL 2018 World Film Festival was a great success for its founder, SERGE LOSIQUE, despite the lack of resources, and several hundred loyal film fans gathered for the event.
