DISCUSSIONS AT THE GYM AND OTHER SECRETS...

The misadventure of Donald Trump with his bus discussions (gym) reminded me a similar story about me. 
When I was barely 20 years old, young announcer on television, I was serious in my loving hopes on one of the secretaries at the station. A colleague once asked me, to make conversation while I waited before going on air, what were my plans with the girl as several co-workers knew of my interest in her? Wishing to appear "bright" I said, jokingly, that I was like a wizard with women and that they all fell like 'rabbits' in my nets! A few days later, the secretary in question came to bring me a cassette tape saying it was an important news that had just brought a citizen. The reality was that the colleague had registered me in secret with the connivance of the technician when I boasted about my magic on rabbits ... 
Needless to say, my amorous ambitions have not been on any more! 
CONCLUSION: Always be careful because there may be a hidden microphone that awaits us...

THE COURAGE OF THE WARRIOR -  By Bernard Bujold - According to military literature, one must know how to choose one's battles and never embark on battles lost in advance, otherwise it is destruction, failure and elimination.  I wouldn't want to be a merchant and be in downtown Montreal in May 2020 because that would be a lost battle!  Sainte-Catherine Street, which had been closed to car traffic because of construction for almost two years (closed in January 2018 and reopened in the fall of 2019), is once again a battlefield, and it will be so until December 2021 .  It's the whole downtown area, from McGill College (Indigo and Place Ville-Marie) to beyond the street of the Imperial Cinema (former palace of my friend Serge Losique), which is currently fenced off with passages worthy of the best secret corridors in China... STEVE MCCURRY AND THE GIRL

By Bernard Bujold -  Montreal Art Gallery GOT is presenting a unique exhibition of pictures by STEVE MCMURRY (born in 1950), the widely known US Photographer.  McCurry career was launched in 1984 when, disguised in native garb, he crossed the Pakistan border into rebel-controlled areas of Afghanistan just before the Soviet invasion. When he emerged, he had rolls of film sewn into his clothes. Those images, which were published around the world, were among the first to show the conflict.   The picture of the "Afghan girl" is considered a classic in modern photography. McCurry took the portrait of "Afghan Girl" in a refugee camp near Peshawar, Pakistan. The shooting lasted for only about 2 minutes and he took about 10 to 15 pictures. One of the image was however published in the National Geographic magazine and the girl face became famous as the cover photograph on the June 1985 issue.
